Julian Horace Garfit CAVANAGH ¹

  General Notes:

Nell married again in 1944 to another airman, Julian CAVANAGH, who held the rank of Lieutenant Commander in the R.A.N. After serving in the Atlantic and Pacific area in World War II, he also served in Korea. After that, he retired from the service, and engaged in crop-dusting. He left three children.
His service medals included Atlantic Star; Pacific Star; Defence Medal; 1939-45 Medal; U.N. Defence Medal (Korea); Korea Medal.

Julian married Nellie Constance CRAGO, daughter of Francis Arthur CRAGO and Florence Maud HOSKINS, on 14 Jul 1944 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. (Nellie Constance CRAGO was born on 12 Jul 1918 and died on 28 Jan 1987 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.)
